gazing softly, solo piano
Happy equinox.
Autumn here. Spring in Japan.
I just released a piece of improvisation on piano called ‘gazing softly” on band camp.
Link is here gazing softly
I will also share how I made this pumpkin dessert I recently made since I also love eating seasonal food :)
Found those little heirloom type of pumpkin.
Picked three different patterns and shapes just so it is more fun.
Cut the top off and put them in the oven at 180 degrees c. for about 15min then lower temp (170) and baked another 10min.
First I just put some home made cashew cream and amazake mix, topped with homemade granola and rose petals. Turned out the flavor of pumpkin was so pumpkin ( I forgot that these are not Japanese kuri pumpkin!) so, I scraped the flesh of the pumpking as much as I can then mix it with amazake, maple syrup and rapadura sugar ( small amount of each) and put them back in the pumpkin skin then again, topped with homemade granola and rose petal ( last photo)
Food and Music bring people together, no?
I would love to hear if anyone who is kind enough to click to listen to my music and possibly pay for it as I
always try my best way to support the musicians directly. ( Bandcamp does take %15)
I am very contained with how everything is going at the moment.
I am just so happy that I can be myself in all I do.
Have a beautiful day.
