Miho Ota 10th May, One Day Choir

Acknowledging ourselves through a collective breath and voice journey lovingly guided by Miho Ota @ura.cantus

Japanese Singer, Miho Ota is visiting Australian for the first time to facilitate the “One day Choir” in Brisbane and “voice workshop” in Melbourne.

Brisbane One Day Choir

In this special two hour workshop, you will share in a unique opportunity to explore your singing voice as a member of Miho’s choir.

This choir experience is not focused on vocal abilities or requires the ability to read music.

You will lovingly be guided through a naturally embodied voice experience with piano accompaniment.

As well there is no need to speak Japanese - as we will mainly be singing vowels and our piano accompanist Momo will provide for any translation needs on this special day.

In practice this will be a unique Japanese cultural experience with less focus on Japanese language and more of an opportunity to connect through creative expression of our voices.

Please join us to experience the very first One day choir led by Japanese Singer Miho Ota and the pianist/yogi Momo.

Come as you are, bring your voice and an open heart!
