Journey within and to share
Along my music and how I relate to the music, I have been on my healing journey for a long time.
I wanted to be just like anyone.
Anyone who can walk outside confidently or wear swim wear.
Those things can be very challenging if you have trauma. (me)
So from that to be able to share yoga has not been easy but really rewarding.
I am gentle and strong in physical sense and my mind as well.
Couple of days ago, I had my very first yin Yoga class followed by vegan hotpot.
Thanks to Jody Vassallo ‘s teaching and guidance, I really planed this carefully and made it to be the class I can only do. I talked about the relationship with me and water (It was Water element class) and also cooking being my big part of like, I shared the hotpot made by me, sitting on the floor in Japanese style.
I also used my crystal lyre to bring sound into the class.
The time after yoga class was such a fun connecting more with some familiar faces and not so familiar face but all students got along well and became friends regardless of our ages and how we ended up in Australia.
(this class is all in Japanese for we do not have many yoga classes in Japanese in Brisbane)
I am ever so thankful to take a first step mostly because Jody encourages me.
She is one of the most “true to herself” kind of teachers I have ever had in education and feel so grateful that I have met her and learned so much more than Yin Yoga from her. Thank you Jody.
Now, I am proudly announce I am Yoga Alliance Yoga teacher as well as Yin Yoga teacher :)
Thank you for all supported me on this journey.
My journey continues. With you.
My website renewal is coming and you will be hopefully able to book my private yoga classes and semi private class and events :)
